So, Scripts 2.9.10 is now regarded stable and here is the release. Only minor changes and several bugfixes are applied.
Changes
Generic flags’ placement (see below)
New option to all scripts, –logfile, that will duplicate all output to file
Safe copy doesn’t regard different revisions to be same version

So a new release of Compile is out. This is a bug fix and recommended
update. It fixes regressions with cabal, meta, perl and python recipe
types*, a bug where $target could be moved away to “failed” even though
installation was successful and, for recipe writers, now the docs=()
array behaves as it should.

It’s about time for another ISO release, and we’re getting closer to 015. The Scripts and Compile changes are well bedded-in and our base system software is stable. To that end, we’re going to start releasing pre-alpha 015 snapshot ISOs soon, which will develop into betas and then into the final 015 release.
